Father Satan, I call to you from the deepst parts of my heart, I praise your name with every breath of my body, I worship you with every fibre of my being. You shown me what true strength is. you have shown me what true love is. Out of the darkness you came to show, me the true light.

Hi my name is Laura and I am a Lesbian! For many people a statement like that is scary to hear perhaps because they have homophobia issue or the word "Lesbian" hit's a little to close to home for comfort. For me saying those 4 little words "I am a Lesbian" has been an up hill struggle. A struggle that thankfully is all over now.

Before i came to Satan i was Christian coping with my sexuality and my faith was tough, no matter I what did to ease the pain and guilt it never went away. Finally years later I found Satan. how that came about is another issue entirely.

The first think most satanists learn is the value of the individual and if you believe and have a relation ship with the literal Satan you find a love stronger than any love you have had before. with that Love I gained an inner strength to say big fuck you (pardon my french lol) to the people who dislike me for my sexuality and a big two fingered salute to those people that use their so called "Faith"(regardless of relgion) to hurt others with there words of hate.

I haven't seen or experienced any homophobia in the satanic community(other than the Nazi lot, but they don't count all there opinions are vile to me) that of course does not mean it is not there after all we are only human and have human prejudices. It is perhaps a grand generalization when i say that maybe Satanists are just a little bit more open minded when it comes to sexuality. I hope so anyway.

Neo Nazi in Satanism

There is a disgusting trend running though some theistic satanism groups and sites on the Internet and that trend is Neo-Nazism and all the ideology that entails, Now what makes this worse from my point of view is they are doing it in the name of Satan.

Satan is the God of freedom, the God of individuality and the God of inclusion. He does not discriminate based on Race, colour, sex or sexuality. He does not even discriminate based on religion as many of his family are from other religions originally.

Many Neo-Nazi Satanists have used this text from the Al-Jilwah as proof of their stance. "Three things are against me and I hate three things" Most people agree that the 3 things are the 3 abrhamic religions (Christianity, Islam and Judaism) This reasoning falls down for 2 reasons

1. It is not proven that the Al-Jilwah is FROM Satan, therefore not proven that he did say those things.

2. Satanism is about thinking for yourself, just because Satan might be against something does not mean you should be.

The vast majority of theistic Satanist are NOT into Neo Nazism and we should be shouting louder than the Racists. I'm going to end with a great quote from an unknown person which sums up my rant nicely " Only laundry should be separated by colour"

THE MARK

It is said that Satanists bear the mark of the beast, most (non Satanists’) people believe this mark to be 666 as reviled in the book of revelation. This is not a sermon to debate the rights and wrongs of the 666 interpretation. There are plenty of websites and books that do that extremely well. This is a sermon to bring forth my idea of the Mark. I do believe that we bear a mark but it is not a mark that can be seen and I do not think it is a three digit number. I believe that the mark is inside of us, on our soul (or what ever you chose to call it) I like to think of this mark as some kind of homing beacon or a compass that no matter how far we stray from Satan we will always be able to find our way home. You just have to talk to other Satanists’ and you will hear stories of how they always felt different that no matter what religion they practise before, they just never felt whole. Until that is they awoke to Satan. I know that in my previous Christian life I never felt that the Christian God actually heard me, despite what people said about him always hearing prayers etc. I believe now that is because I just wasn’t his, he knew I belonged to Satan. The mark on my soul was the give-away , the sign to say “Stay away”.
Does this mark make us better than anyone else? Yes and no are the confusing answers. Yes because we are loved and marked by the greatest God that there is; but then we would say that wouldn’t we? No it does not make us better because we don’t know for sure the mark exists it is just speculation, how arrogant would we have to be to thing we are better than everyone else without the proper proof? The great thing about the whole Mark of Satan debate is that EVERYONE has an opinion. You just have to surf any of the personal Satanic sites to see the many essay's and ideas there is out there and quite a lot of the time the ideas tend to be very similar. Indeed I do not say that my verision of the Mark is in anyway original as i know it is not. But to me it sounds correct but then what do I know :O)

When we give our life to Satan we realise that we were always his. We may only have consciously been a Satanist for say three years but we learn that we have been his forever. Now to the non Satanist this sounds scary but to us this is the best news we could ever hear. I like to call the realization “The Awakening” because that is exactly what it is an awakening to the truth of our existence, the truth that we are part of a Family older than time it’s self. To feel that we are not alone is wonderful and to feel that someone actually loves you so much that they will let you discover them in your own time is amazing.
To say that we were always Satan’s can sound to some that we have no choice in the matter, we have no choice but to be Satanist. This is very wrong. Satan is the true bearer of free will, yes I believe he has Marked those whom he wants to join his family but we are under no obligation to join him. He does not advocate conversion on mass, he most certainly does not want to force people to worship him. To his chosen he will make himself known in many differing ways. All will vary from person to person. If you chose to ignore them then that’s ok, we all have free will. However In talking to many Satanists from around the world I have found that you will not ignore Satan for ever, you will investigate, you will study and you will eventually change your opinion of Satan but whither you give your life to him is up to the individual.
Whither a person becomes a Satanist or not one thing is for sure, that persons life will never be the same again. Having the knowledge that Satan has provided them will open their eyes to what can be and indeed turn upside down all their previous beliefs. The awakening is an amazing thing and will only happen once so cherish the feeling.
